I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Denver, CO) in Mar 2021
Interview
Reached out to be a recruiter on Linkedin and asked to submit an application. There was only one interview timeslot (two different associates one after the other. Each approximately 45 mins). Then reached out to me with the offer the next week. Very timely and stick to what they say will happen.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions. Tell me a time when you did.....
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
