I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England)
Interview
Step 1: Screening interview with recruiter followed by a numerical reasoning test.
Step 2: Interview with Hiring manager
Step 3: Panel interviews (up to six 45-60min interviews)
Overall the process was good, although a little long. The Panel/loop interviews are intense, but all interviewers were friendly, interested in my story and did their best to make me comfortable. The questions are behavioural based, but also very conversational. The deep diving and probing everyone warned me about is really just an opportunity to showcase your reasoning and ability to reflect on past performance and delivery.
Only downside is that it's possible you're interviewing for a role that's already being offered to someone else. Internal and external recruitment happens simultaneously and that's tough as a candidate if you've invested a lot of time and energy in preparation.
Tip: focus more on having interesting stories/examples (using STAR) of your previous and current experience rather than worrying about the specific questions they will ask.

Was invited to take a test. With zero feedback on the results. It is interesting how these companies want your knowledge, how to use AI, then tell you not to use AI. My qualifications meant nothing. I have an MBA and nearly a DBA
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon in May 2024
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
