Vi sono un test di logica situazionale (consiglio di prendersi almeno 1h e mezzo libera per svolgere il test. Sono 45 minuti effettivi ma ci sono vari moduli didattici da svolgere prima di ogni fase), una interview video da registrare, e due interview video con i responsabili delle assunzioni. Queste sono le modalità in periodo covid.

Nel test di logica situazionale, vengono poste delle domande su diverse criticità che, verosimilmente, potrebbero presentarsi nel corso del lavoro da area manager.
Es: un sottoposto arriva in ritardo, cosa faresti più probabilmente o meno probabilmente?
con 4 opzioni di risposta: una va segnata come "più probabile", una come "meno probabile"
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
