Tre step, una preselezione fatta direttamente sul portale, poi un colloquio orale e infine un test in inglese e domande attitudinale e di logica. Il colloquio è abbastanza semplice ma vogliono risposte precise soprattutto su quelle attitudinali.

I was initially contacted via email and was advised to review Amazon’s Leadership Principles in preparation for the interview. I was also given the opportunity to reach out to an HR interviewer for any questions or guidance related to the process. I proceeded directly to the “Loop Interview” stage, which is Amazon’s final round of interviews. During this stage, I was asked behavioral questions that focused on my past professional experiences, specifically aligned with Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Each interviewer assessed how my actions and decisions demonstrated qualities such as ownership, customer obsession, and bias for action. Overall, it was a positive interview experience. The interviewers were professional and engaging. However, I did not receive any follow-up feedback after the interview process concluded.
