Awful interview process, very unprofessional. Had an interview with Amazon and the hiring manager at the end when I told him it was nice to speak with him he said Ciao and hung up. He couldn’t understand many of the things I was saying although they were very clear, and it was a bad interview experience overall. Used the STAR process and was interrupting me when I was answering the question

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
