There was a screening round. Post that there were 6 other rounds based on Amazon Leadership principles. Each interview round consists of 2 Amazon LPs along with 10 mins for any questions from my side. For each question there were more probing questions. Used the model - Situation - Task - Actions - Results model to answer the question. Post that the panelists have a debrief and if you meet the bar you get selected.

It was long, and found they wanted very specific answers. Making yourself as well rounded as possible is the best way to give them what they want to hear. I found their personality test to be something they took very seriously as they discussed it in the later rounds of the interview process.
