Job description did not match the actual technical skills they required from a candidate. The interviewers were very nice. Even after they realized quickly that I did not have the right skillset, continued with the interview and asked other questions. Lengthy interview process, no consideration for other position for months to a year if they reject you. Every single interviewer said they work a lot and there's too much to learn and do. Will try again in another team.
