Interview was fast and stress-free. You have to talk to two interviewers and if you get the all clear, you will get a job offer. There was a bit of delay in getting a response , so I had to reach out.

Interview
The interview was made up of 3 different 45 minute sessions managers and HR. It was pretty repetive with each interviewer wanting me to give them the 2 minute get to know you and then answering a bunch of behavioral based questions. Felt very informal and laid back which was a similar vibe to the interview that I did for the internship version of this role which I got. Still was rejected though, not sure why.
Interview process is too structured. You have to word your answers exactly how they want it which makes it robotic and less human. It’s more about being a good story teller.
It was a very long interview 3 sessions took about 2 hours to complete. 3 interviewers about 40 minutes each, they were friendly and the questions were what you would expect
