Due to COVID the interview was done virtually. The recruiter reached out to me via Linkedln and he went over the role with me and sent me the link to apply. The first round was a technical phone interview with a manager, the second was 4hrs interview with 4 different managers(an hour with each person) this was very tiring so be prepared, 3 of them asked behavioral questions and 1 focused on technical questions. They encourage you to asked them questions, make the interview interactive, they will interrupt you in between and ask for clarifications, so make sure your stories are well constructed. For the technical questions don’t just focus on providing answer make it interactive with your interviewer. Make your answers are constructed around their leadership principles.

It was really efficient and also interesting. Had to do a kind of decision making test to showcase how you go about prioritizing tasks. If you make it past that, then there is the interview loop, which is 5 interviews with people across the team/company. Each person will just ask you about real life examples in your life to see how well you live up to Amazon values. The whole process was well planned out and quick. Though I will say 5 one hour interviews over 1-2 days seems like overkill a bit.
