A brief 25 min interview she talked about the position and a little about herself then went straight into the interview process. On top of the questions i provided there where follow ups. Make sure you prepare for unsuspected questions because they will be asked.

If a truck runs late the company receives a fine but every trailer needs inspected before leaving. if you perform a check the truck will run late. what would you do ?
There was no interview process. You just apply and they ask if you are ok with driving a trailer and being on the road. If you are ok with random drug test and they set you up for training.
No interview needed. When I applied I didn’t have to do an interview, easy way to move to a tier 3. If you’re trying to move up the company this is an easy way to do it.
