I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Sep 2021
Interview
First I was asked to participate in a digital interview with 9 questions related to their leadership skills, you can't check the question before, once you are in the interview you have 30 seconds to read the questions and about 2 to 3 minutes to answer, nothing was asked about myself or the role position I applied for nor my professional experiences. In 4 days I got positive feedback and the final interviews proposal.
Great coordination until here, had the 3x30 minutes interview schedule, however, a preparation interview was set two days before the final ones and nobody showed up.
The 3 IVs were ok, recruiters go straight to the point, no time to really 'sell yourself', they pick each 2 questions of their leadership principles and you have to give some situation you've lived before.
Some questions are not adaptable to young profiles like mine.
I strongly advise writing down two examples/experiences for each leadership principle.
It has been 11 days and still waiting for feedback, hence it is more likely to be a negative one.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2026
Interview
At onset, was referred to an open role, applied and was selected for an initial screen from a recruiter. Had heard the interview process was difficult and needed to be prepared. Really need to understand the culture and core competencies of Amazon.
