Das erste Telefoninterview war sehr vielversprechend. Anschließend sollte mit dem zuständigen Standortleiter exakt das gleiche Vorstellungsgespräch stattfinden das rein nach deren STAR Methode geschehen soll. Nachdem das erste Gespräch belobigt wurde und auch direkt mitgeteilt wurde das man in die nächste Runde kommt und so weiter machen soll, wurde nach dem Gespräch mit dem Standortleiter nur mitgeteilt „ich werde dann jetzt meinen Bericht schreiben und in den nächsten zwei Tagen werden Sie wieder von dem ersten Recruiter kontaktiert“ am nächsten Morgen um 09:00 Uhr fand ich dann die Absage auf Englisch in meinem Spam Ordner. Für so ein Unternehmen wie Amazon, hätte ich hier echt mehr erwartet. Schade!

Was war Ihr letztes größeres Projekt und wie sind Sie vorgegangen?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
