Interview
There was a call but it was very impersonal, you don't see any one's face and there's a lot of tests involved prior to getting hired. I found the hiring process quite impersonal and very results-driven. They clearly put a lot of pressure on the skillset and not personal skills.
Well organized, timely replies, information is given to you so you can prepare accordingly.
The interviews are easy, not too long and based on behavioral questions and some on Amazon’s leadership principles which can be found online .

Two online interviews and one assessment test in my case I waited around 2 weeks after the assessment and 1 week after the interview but overall I think it’s manageable as long as you pass the assessment the process will be much easier
