Interview
after applying for the position, you will get an email with your interview date/time. It usually is in a hotel conference room where there is two different desks, one for signing in/confirming your info, once that's complete you head into another room where they go over the job details, pay etc. once you agree they will take your picture and then let you go into another room where you will do your own drug test after that you just wait (took a week for my sister and I to get our start date)

There is no true interview for line employees. Sign up, get an appointment, show up, and (unless you fail a lax drug & background check) you'll get a start date.
