A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I applied for the position (took about 10-15 minutes) and then completed an assessment that tested problem solving skills as well as math (took over and hour). I heard back from Amazon a couple days later to set up an interview. The following week I interviewed which took about 2 hours. A recruiter reached out to me letting me know I got the position within 5 business days.

Was contacted much later about my application. First had a intro zoom presentation session where the role was explained, then a one on one with 2 interviewers. It was honestly not that bad. Prepared by knowing the Leadership Principles.
