I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Madrid) in Jan 2022
Interview
Phone call interview with Amazon Spain.
A 45min interview with two recruiters, divided in two parts.
First part was the basic: "why this position? why Amazon? what motivates you? etc.
Second part was two behavioural questions, with follow up questions (they really want to make sure you are not just making up things, so they asked quite specific questions about timeline, etc).
The initial part, 15 mints, were in Spanish. The second part, 30 mins, in English.
They were quite friendly and made the experience easy, apart from the specific follow-up questions.

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
