I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Amazon in Jan 2022
Interview
I was interviewed by several different people. One person would ask me three questions. Then, I would get transferred to someone else. In the end, I didn't get any feedback, but I thought it went great. I know I was asking for more than they were offering for a starting salary. After thinking about it, I was actually considering taking their offer, but they didn't call back. Since then, I've applied for other jobs, and I get an immediate response telling me that they went with someone else.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It sounded like they would have a sheet in front of them with possible questions they could choose from. They were all questions like, "Tell me about a time when you had an unhappy customer."
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.
