TL:DR Vague question, obvious but bland question pool & zero constructive feedback.
Interviewer was obviously reading too many times from a set list of questions (on Chime, their video off, audio on) and felt that interviewer had heard canned answers too many times and was "going through the motions."
Response 4 days later, in auto email, with response of "...we're not giving you any feedback, just know you are not proceeding in this interview process." For direct comparison, I had similar interview with Dell, the recruiter phoned a few days later, at a scheduled time, and and discussed feedback. Think about this: Amazon are now in same space Google were recently, - big enough & pay enough, so many people are interviewing that people are able to game the interview system by rote memorization of questions & large number of YouTube interview tutorials, and removing any individual personality from the section process. What you get are candidates, great at "interviewing" but with little real talent for the actual role.
Overall, it was not an overall negative experience, as having to study the Amazon interview toolkit of the 16 leadership principles, S.T.A.R. responses and deep dive into the specific role, the discipline I had to learn for this interview got me another non-Amazon role.
