Interview was in 2 stages. First, there was a stimulated roleplay that required me to pitch Amazon's FBA and Seller Services to a prospective customer. Secondly, there were 4 onsite interviews asking behavioural questions, which I was expected to answer utilizing Amazon's Leadership Principles in the STAR format.

Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
