Gespräch an sich gut und herausfordernd, hätte mir aber mehr Zeit für eigene Fragen gewünscht.
Organisation davor und danach war allerdings höchst chaotisch, musste mehrfach Verfügbarkeiten für Interviews angeben, nach Terminvereinbarung kurz vorher Storno mit der bitte, mindestens drei ganze Tage von 9-18 Uhr freizuräumen. Das geht vielleicht grade so für einen Studenten, aber für Working Professionals ist sowas ehrlich gesagt ein No Go. Kein zeitnahes Feedback trotz Versprechen + kommuniziertem eigenem Anspruch, technische Plattform zur Terminvereinbarung funktionierte nicht und Eingaben mussten dann parallel nochmal in Tabellen nochmal händisch eingetragen werden.

They will schedule you with 4 employees from the team or organization you will work with and 1 completely separated from your organization as a "bar raiser". No need to work to impress one specific person, know 12-14 differentiated STAR formatted stories by memory.

Not great. Very first interview had no proper introduction to the role and was not with HR, interviewee went straight into a case study within 5 minutes. Didn't seem interested in my actual work background.
