I interviewed at Amazon (Cranbury, NJ)
Interview
I entered a building in which they had me stand in a line. I got mouth swabbed as part of drug testing. that was all there was to the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Bathgate, Scotland)
Interview
No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
