There was no interview. After you apply you'll receive an email telling you where to show up for orientation. At orientation they give you a drug test and background check and if you pass both you basically got the job. But this was for a sortation center back in 2019. I don't know how they do things now.
Relatively easy and straightforward, they ask about your job experience and resume mainly so be prepared for that and being able to walk through it. Also just situational questions to see how you would react and act in a certain situation
