You are to complete a personality/ situation assessment in which you to answer multiple choice questions on how you handle situations at the workplace. Then you are given another exam immediately after to determine your data analysis skills with the use of algebra. Within a week you find out if you will be interviewed based on your answers. Then once you schedule the interview you have two one-hour interviews with different recruiters. Each one scores you based on hypothetical/ real experience involved questions. Within a week you'll know if you landed the job or not.
