Very assembly line like, all online. You get an offer immediately, then you choose a day to go in to self administer a drug test, where they take your badge picture and hand you a paper with Further instructions
Very simple. You take a picture, a drug test, and a badge photo. Easiest interview process ever! I recommend to everybody. Amazon is one of the best companies when it comes to hiring processes.
