They use the STAR method, but that was not the issue. The follow up and interaction with HR was great. It was the interviewee is where the interview fell apart.

Three-stage interview but was a fairly easy interview process. You have to know how to communicate what you will be bringing to the organization. Which if you're a good sales individual you show be able to communicate your sales strategy and style to the interviewer.
