Fast process once you land to the interviews. 1 Phone Screen, normally with the recruiting manager, followed by Panel Interview with a number of managers depending on the level of position. Amazon interviews are behavioral based (utilize past experiences as predictor for future behavior), in connection with the Company Leadership Principles

Very deliberate, they have their process they are going to follow. It was difficult to connect with the interviewer. Not using the video option for an online interview is a poor choice.

Processo muito confuso. mal conduzido e com bastante dificuldade de receber retornos do RH. Primeira etapa foi com o gestor da vaga e no final do bate papo recebi o feedback que minhas atribuições estavam em linha com o que precisavam e que era pra eu aguardar o contato do RH pra prosseguir. Mais de um mês depois da primeira entrevista, recebi um e-mail pra sugerir alguns horários que eu tinha disponibilidade para agendar a próxima etapa. Mesmo respondendo o e-mail, a próxima etapa nunca foi agendada e após mais de dois meses após ter respondido eles, recebi um e-mail dizendo que a vaga não estava mais disponível. Achei bem falta de respeito. Se na entrevista foi bagunçado assim, não quero nem ver como é o dia a dia nesse lugar.
