Interview
Quick and crisp. HR was most helpful always. I cleared all the rounds including bar raiser but hiring manager decided to go for other candidate. I was put up for team match.
Initial screening followed by "loops". The focus of the loops was on the leadership principles, so look them up and think about personal stories/anecdotes for each of them. The 3+ interviews are generally with people you will be working with plus 1 interview with a "bar raiser", someone who is unrelated to your work but experienced in interviews.

All the interview questions were around Amazon's leadership principals, be ready with an examples for every leadership principles.
It is not easy to get an offer by Amazon however, if you study the leadership principles and are well prepared you can land a job with Amazon.
