I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Fontana, CA) in May 2013
Interview
Initially excited about receiving a call from Amazon. The Recruiter explained the position did not have a specific shift assigned you needed to be available to work any shift. Sneaky way to disqualified older and those applicants that are parents and need a work life balance. Very discouraged and began to understand why they only have young college kids working for them. I would not be surprise to hear of union activity or a class action lawsuit. Stop purchasing things from Amazon since my interview
