I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Munich, Bavaria) in Mar 2022
Interview
Most efficient and quick process I had had so far. First step was an online quiz with situational/behavioral questions. Second and final step was a four hour long interview with different people and a case study. My recruiter guided me through the whole process and made sure I felt prepared. Got the offer a few hours after the final interview.

The second stage consisted of three separate interviews conducted on the same day (with breaks in between indeed). The first two were competency-based interviews - using the STAR method is essential and it’s important to include one, two or more leadership principles in your answers.
The third interview was a live case study.

My interview process consisted of multiple structured stages, including an initial phone screening with the recruiter, a detailed line manager interview, and a four-round interview loop with cross-functional stakeholders to assess experience, problem-solving, and role fit.
Star. Pretty much you have to follow the structure exactly how they describe and you are in. They will have a prepation call. Highly recommend attending also because you get to practice it there
