They held interviews. There were multiple rounds. I met people. It was as expected, they're clear on the process. Answers were timely. The online assessment was work but it was completed and that moved me forward.

It was touch and go but moved quickly. Several around with multiple layers of interviewers were in the process. Some sessions were team interviews which is helpful. Others were virtual which was also helpful.

I rarely leave reviews but in this case i feel i have to share my position. The process has been very lengthy with a total of 7 interviews, a written assessment and a request of preparing a large number of case studies. I have done everything and after 7 interviews even the hiring manager praised me for my dedication and preparation and that i would have been great for the job. after the last interview i was told that they aim to get back to me within 5 working days, after few weeks and chasing no reply from them, I have just received a line that i wouldn't have been offered the job with little or no explanation/feedback. I found the all process quite dry and not very respectful, considering the time I have spent to prepare for those interviews, plus considering I have already a very demanding job and I am working full time. I never spoke or received a call from a "real person" only emails.
