they had me come into the building and i met with somebody nice and we had a neat little chat about the position, and myself. We then shook hands and i left
Rigorous and disciplined. Love it or hate it, it is consistent, fair and peer reviewed. Great emphasis is put on ensuring that bias is removed from the interview (as much as possible).
All day interview loop. They wear you out with back to back interviews. The interviewers are in front of their computer the whole time and it seemed like the questions got harder as you progressed to each interview. If you didn't answer a question well in a prior interview, it seemed like the subsequent interview focused on that weakness.
