tough and extenuant, but challenging, it consist in 2 phone screening and a face to face interview day with no less than 5 interviews in which they go deep into the technologies you have in your resume, plus a couple of managers trying to check if you will fit into the company culture. They will make you sweat and you will think you did it awful. They are not searching for your degrees or papers saying you are the number one, they look in you a practical and pragmatic engineer who could actually apply the knowledge in the day to day and who can colaborate, work in a team and learn of the many mistakes that you could make. So, don't try to be perfect or have everything memorized, just prepare a couple of cases, know your strengths, and specially know your weakness, and take profit on this. Tip: use the blackboard and... Think out loud... let the interviewer know what your are trying to do, and how are you approaching the solution. If you don't know or got stucked, be honest.. and say it. Don't try to outsmart the guy in front of you.. just.. say .. I'm blocked on this one.. could we move forward?.. it would be better.
