The interview process was structured with a specific SLA. I was kept abreast of the process all the way through. I knew up front when my interviews would take place and when a decision would be made. The interview questions were mapped to the specific leadership principals of Amazon. The questions were designed to gauge real world scenarios that map to the type of scenarios that are experienced at Amazon. For me it felt less like an interview and more of a very engaging interesting conversation about our TA profession. I think it is one of the best processes I have experienced and a great process for candidates in general.

Long but thorough and well documented interview process. They left no stone unturned but that gave me good confidence when an offer was made. Be prepared and do some studying beforehand.

Interview
