There was no interview conducted. All I had to do after applying was pass a background check. I was hired almost immediately after applying to the online application. This is the case for all logistics associates.

The interview was based on Amazon Leadership Principles, and there were three to four scenario-based questions. There were two interviewees, the hiring manager and another interviewer from Human Resources. A good amount of technical questions were also asked.
