Interview
Online assessment with logic tests and 5 phone interviews with members of the team you'll be joining as well as managers from other functions across the business. Once through the assessment, I had to complete a written assessment which comprised writing an essay as well as a draft press release for a product with an accompanying media pitch.

Have you handled crisis management and reactive pr issues before?
Phone screen (audio only) then “video loop” with several people over the course of half a day. Questions tied to their Leadership Principles with expectation that responses are in STAR format. The recruiter was incredibly kind and helpful and hiring manager also very nice.

I had quite a negative experience, the interviewer was in a rush, asked two random questions and closed the interview. I have prepared for a week with all the available materials in the internet but she was obviously not interested in my candidacy...
