very long but lots of learning, had a very systematic approach in describing and questioning the candidate, it was robust however due to long time lines it is sometimes demotivating
EASY IF ITS AN INTERNAL MOVE, these are usually fixed. strongly suggest to start a lower position and move up from there. most leadership cycles to another facility within 6 months or so.
