Per concludere la mia application mi è stato chiesto di completare un assessment in cui dovessi ordinare le decisioni che avrei preso date certe condizioni,
Ho effettuato un test online su Willo, in cui mi sono state chiesto di domande behavioural ed esercizi su SQL e Excel
Una volta superato, ho sostenuto un colloquio con 2 BAs che mi hanno fatto 5 behavioural questions in totale (uno 3 l'altro 2)
Consiglio: guardare video su YT per tutti gli step c'è tanto materiale, preparare 10 storie in cui hai esercitato uno o piu principi di leadership di Amazon cosi da essere pronto per le behavioural questions. Per quanto riguarda esercizi di SQL ed Excel molto facili

Online Assesmente:
1 domanda introduttiva: "Why Amazon and this role?"
2 behavioural questions:"What did you do when you had few data?", "Tell me when did you exceed the expectations"
1 esercizio su Excel, in cui era richiesto l'uso di sumif, vlookup, conditional formatting
1 esercizio su SQL, in cui mi era richiesto l'uso di Join
Colloquio con 2 BAs:
"Tell me when you have found root causes of a problem", "Tell me when you have not met expectations"," Tell me when you have done something out of your competencies","Tell me when you have simplified a situation", "Tell me when you have dealt with a difficult customer"
2 B2B 45 minute rounds, 1st asks some amazon LP questions, a bit tricky and niche use cases of the principles, and then some SQL questions. Same thing for second interview but no SQL. They try to use the LP questions to catch you lacking, since generic answers would go against other LP's so you gotta be careful with how you respond.
4 online assessments - 2 fit-based, one technical SQL, one technical Excel
the fit / decision making based assesments incluse more like less like questions and prioritization questions + delegating / focussing questions. The technical SQL interview relates to in depth SQL questions on how to optimize queries for shorter runtimes aswell as writing your own queries to achieve desired outcomes. Finally, there are 2, 45 minute interviews.
