I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Nov 2024
Interview
Online personality test; 3x1h interviews
For the first 2 interviews, You have to learn their Key leadership principle and answer the questions with the STAR method. The questions are somewhat similar with nuances between interviewers
The last interview was an excel test to look how you would behave in the case of an event, how to choose which products you could add without loosing too much margins etc.
On the downside,
The preparation requires a lot of time from the candidates. And you won't really have much opportunity to understand the role at a deeper level. You also have in front of you a lot of different interviewers with different experiences. I had to answer one of my questions regarding my previous role and the interviewer could not understand some specific side of the job I had beforehand regarding social media or AI.

The third interview was a live case study.

Question 1
Something revolving around a challenge you faced with a client
My interview process consisted of multiple structured stages, including an initial phone screening with the recruiter, a detailed line manager interview, and a four-round interview loop with cross-functional stakeholders to assess experience, problem-solving, and role fit.
Star. Pretty much you have to follow the structure exactly how they describe and you are in. They will have a prepation call. Highly recommend attending also because you get to practice it there
