Applied to a role online. Got contact some day later. I had a mentor to support me all the process long. First it told me to review the CV with more details (they don't like 1 page format). The I had 2 steps, before each of them the I had a preliminary call with the mentor that supported me in the preparation. First stage is technical (theoretical security question) + leadership principle. Second stage is fully technical.
