The first step involves logical and attitudinal exercises on their platform to assess both your analytical skills and your approach to changing work scenarios. It’s important to have a strong understanding of the leadership principles when answering.
The second stage consisted of three separate interviews conducted on the same day (with breaks in between indeed). The first two were competency-based interviews - using the STAR method is essential and it’s important to include one, two or more leadership principles in your answers.
The third interview was a live case study.
