I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
First I had a phone interview and an online test, and then I was invited to interview in person. The overall interview process was short and unorganized. I was put into a group with about 6 other candidates, and we all did a math question very similar to the one in the packet. Then, we were split up and assigned to 2 random interviewers. My interviewers knew practically nothing about the position, and weren't even able to answer my questions. Also, the interview process was very unfair. Some candidates met with interviewers that gave them easy questions, while others met with people that gave them trick questions. In order to make the process fair, each person should interview with the same people. I was highly disappointed in the professionalism of Amazon, and I would never want to work for such a company.

Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
