My interview experience at Amazon was intense but very engaging. It started with an initial phone screening, where the recruiter asked me about my background and why I was interested in the position. After that, I went through a series of interviews that focused on both technical and behavioral aspects. I was asked to give examples from my past experiences, particularly those related to Amazon’s leadership principles, like customer obsession and ownership.

Smooth and easy process of three step interview one being general aptitude fallowed by operational round and ends with human resource round. All these happens once the resume is selected or shortlisted .
STAR method is required for most questions, since theyre looking for behavioral answers.
