Applied through amazon job portal. Got an online assesment of 2 questions. Leetcode easy to medium level questions. Not too hard. After a couple weeks got sent a link for a phone interview. Tried to reschedule but didn't get any response to my mails so had to do it in the day specified despite the difficulties. Got asked 2 coding questions again that are extremely easy. After the coding questions, got asked a scenario regardin amazon leadership principles. Got told that all my answers were really good and finished. No idea why I didn't get an offer lol.

3 interviewers back to back, with a break for lunch in the middle. first interview was behavioral that tested amazon concepts. second and last interviews had a shadower watching the other conduct the interview. i think they might be part of the voting process too but don't seem to be paying attention
