How did you help someone on your team overcome underperformance?
Chaotic, recruiter didn't know his role vs. me as the candidate. Interviewers were unenthusiastic about me potentially onboarding, felt as though they were merely filling a hiring quota. I would not recommend working there based on my interview process.
