The first part is easy, yet I strongly recommend to keep the leadership principles in mind all along the process as everything will be assessed through them. This step is basically practical questions, on how to prioritize tasks and how to assess supplier's performance, followed by personality and behavioral questions. Also, I strongly recommend to take it in English as I spotted translation errors in the French version which made me misunderstand a thing and miss the first questions (I then switched to English after noticing). HR contacted me a few hours after the test to announce me that I passed and to plan my interviews.
Interviews are a single round of 3 interviews (45mn to 1h) planned during a 3-hour slot. 2 of them are behavioral, with 2 to 4 questions related to leadership principles during each, and the 3rd one is an Excel business case.
My interviewers were all based in London & Madrid, so the entire process was in English (applying for France, I could've had a part in French but it was not the case). The first interview was with a Brand Specialist, she asked me to give her a short presentation of myself and asked me why this position. Then, she asked 3 leadership principles questions.
The second one was with a Team Lead, former Brand Specialist, shadowed by another Brand Specialist (I could ask her questions in the end too). He also asked me 3 LP questions, and was more rigorous as he asked questions, wanted me to specify a few things, and went further on some questions. For each interview, I had some time in the end to ask questions and the exchanges were very interesting, everyone was very nice and open to discussion.
The Excel case was kind of basic but left me some time to go further and propose more than what was asked. It was based on a Black friday listing, on which I had to make calculations to determine eligible products and to price them according to a minimum margin and a maximum discount. The interviewer was also a Brand Specialist, she presented the case, read the instructions and left them on screen while I was working on the case (I didn't have to share my screen during the case). After 25mn working on it, I had 10mn for a case restitution while sharing my screen. She then asked further questions, such as what would I do to improve this analysis, or who would I have to contact in this context (???). As we finished quite early with the case, she asked me a LP question, which was really not planned at all. I strongly disliked this interview as the interviewer was really cold and I had the feeling that she was testing me and trying to trick me all along.
They promised to get back to me within 5 business days (one week), but I had my interviews on a Thursday morning and had an answer (positive) the day after. If not selected, you still receive a rejection email. HR won't contact you if you are not selected, so if they call you, it's very likely that it's good news! The process is very quick afterwards, as HR will explain you every step and everything about your integration process.
My advice: This process is very specific and takes a lot of preparation, but once you understand what they are looking for, you just have to put some work to be ready for the leadership principle's questions. Get familiar with them and with the questions, participate in the (strongly recommended by HR anyway) preparation session on Fridays, and look for videos, feedbacks and questions on internet. I listed all the questions I could find (many thanks to everyone participating on Glassdoor, hence my also detailed experience :) ), highlighted those specifically asked in Brand Specialist's interviews, identified the leadership principles that would probably be assessed, and prepared situations for each of them. As it can be difficult to take a step back on your own experiences, I recommend asking to close colleagues if they have any ideas on some situations. Also, be sure to use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for each question, and try to come out with KPIs to illustrate the results as they really like concrete data. About the case, I misread the instructions and came up with false results. I knew this so I tried my best go further what was asked and to show the interviewer that I mastered Excel. It seems to have worked as I had a positive feedback!
