The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Recruiter Call, first behavioral interview from someone in a similar position, then hiring manager. Did not make it past the 3rd behavioral which would have been a panel interview.
First interview (after recruiter call) went great, but in the second interview it was someone from a technical background with an extremely thick accent. It was honestly near impossible to understand his questions and had to ask to repeat it multiple times. Be aware their audio quality is also low because they use a specific software to conduct the phone interviews.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when a customer came to you for something that wouldn’t actually address their need.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
