Interview
I applied on 12/25/24, got invited to take the online assessment on 2/10/2025, and took the online assessment on 2/12/25. Then I was invited for the final 4-45 minute loop interview on 2/21. In between, I was reviewed the LPs and created at least one story for each for the behavioral interview questions for the loop. I had my loop on 3/6 and received an offer on 3/11.

Not able to share because Amazon keeps them private, but they are all behavioral interview questions that should be answered in the STAR (situation, task, action, result) format.
4 back to back interviews. All behavioral based on their leadership principles. It wasn't bad, just exhausted. They sent an email later saying I passed the interview, but couldn't give me an offer at the time. They said they would if the position opens up again *shrugs*
Long but thorough and well documented interview process. They left no stone unturned but that gave me good confidence when an offer was made. Be prepared and do some studying beforehand.

Interviewed by four people (non-team members) back-to-back, 45 minutes each. The team seemed positive and friendly. After months of waiting without a start date due to an inclined offer, I was eventually rejected.
