I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied online around Nov 2015. Process ended in early March 2016.
Interview consists of 2 parts:
1. An online interview (happened in Jan 2016) that you can do in your own time. Dress code is casual (Amazon culture), but must be decent because you will be recorded. Typically around 30 mins, you have 30-60 secs after each question appeared before your response will be captured.
2. If you passed this, you will received an email to confirm time for two 30-45 mins phone interviews (Feb 2016), back to back, with Amazon Operations leaders (two Area Managers in my case).
Amazon's recruiter will response back quickly afterward, I received an email offer after 2 weeks of my phone interview.
