I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Bengaluru) in Apr 2021
Interview
My Amazon interview process began with an initial screening call with a recruiter to discuss my background and the role’s expectations. This was followed by an online assessment, where I solved timed coding and problem-solving challenges. Next came the technical rounds, which included in-depth coding exercises, system design discussions, and behavioral questions aligned with Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Finally, I faced the Bar Raiser round—a rigorous evaluation designed to ensure I met Amazon’s high standards, blending technical expertise with cultural fit.
