Too gimmicky trying too hard to be different. Not salary compensation equivalent to other companies. Relying on name recognition rather than a good salary. Also, you don’t know the salary band until too late in the process. The process is long and often tedious to navigate. Again there is a a gimmick that are not needed at a higher professional beltway veterans.
